: I was always fascinated by people and looked at them as a passionate reader looks at books, knowing everyone has a story, something to learn from. As I was painting portraits I realized I enjoyed connecting with people but never really gave it much thought till seven years ago when I started looking into myself and learning about the whole Universe we all carry inside. I asked many questions and teachers always appeared to show me the way. I met so many amazing and talented people and started growing and changing beyond my own beliefs. My own self image got completely shattered and I got to the point of freeing myself through compassion and understanding ... facing the new and unknown. I came to realize that my years of studying art made me concentrate more on the final product, on technique, rather then on my own emotions. Abstract painting allowed me to express myself freely in my own way, it released me from technique. The creative process became bliss for me ... the flow of colour and happiness. Embracing my own Light and Freedom of expression started the deep understanding of others and a willingness to reflect a bit of their own Light. I wanted to provide people with an opportunity to connect with their emotions freely without relating to physical surroundings ... feeling rather then seeing existing forms and shapes. My deep hope is for my paintings to give people a moment of self-embrace, bliss, to be uplifted and cheered, little moments of happiness.
